The villa is equipped to the standard expected from a high end holiday home. Top quality furniture and fittings throughout. Beds are firm but comfortable and pillows are changed regularly.

The swimming pool is heated ...so no excuses for a plunge! Generally the temperature is between 25-28oC. In the cooler months, because of colder evenings the pool maintains 25oC, in warmer months it can get up to over 30oC

Separate utility area includes washing machine and dryer.

There are remote controlled awnings for additional shade to enjoy that afternoon snooze or a cocktail! For those cooler early Spring and late Autumn evenings there is a powerful patio heater.

Golf, Tennis & Boating is nearby and the villa provides a set of golf clubs several Tennis rackets & 2 good Trek bikes with helmets. Aqua park (Slides galore, 1 min by car, 4mins bike, 8mins walk) Outdoor adventure park (Steel ropes attached to trees, harness is attached to you and off you go...kids love it (1 minute by car, 5min by bike or a 10 minute walk), Biking (hire of Bikes available 5 mins walk from the house), Walking, Fishing, Horse riding, all within 5-10mins of the villa.

Suitability: Check with owner for children under 5 or the elderly/infirmed as there is a flight of 12 steps up to the villa. The heated pool has a security alarm system conforming to the French "Raffarin" law. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

A small welcome pack of tea, coffee, UHT milk, a bottle of Rose wine & bathroom amenities are provided on arrival. In the high season the supermarkets are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 8pm and until 1pm on Sundays.

Regret no pets. No Smoking inside the house (if you must please make sure its only outside!)
