Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, winter short stay breaks available
at 70% of weekly rental. Booking deposit 25% of the rental with balance
payable 6 weeks before rental commences. For bookings within 8 weeks of
rental payment required in full. Security deposit of £350 payable
with final payment. Linen included, electricity metered in low
season. Check in time 4pm onwards, check out by 10am. Other arrangements
can be made depending on incoming guests. Phone available. Low
season rate is for maximum of 4 to 6 people.
